Marcin Zamoyski coat of arms Jelita (born ca. 1637, died. June 4, 1689) - Polish magnate, great treasurer of the crown from 1685, castellan of Lvov, podstoli of Lvov from 1677, voivode of Braclaw from 1678, voivode of Podolia (1682), voivode of Lublin from 1683, starosta of Bełsk in 1677-1689, starosta of Ploskirovsk, Rostock, starosta of Bolemov in 1685, royal colonel. Son of Zdzislaw Jan Zamoyski and Anna Zofia Lanckorońska. He was the fourth Zamoyski ordinate (from 1676), but the first ordinate from the so-called younger Zamoyski line. He obtained the ordination as a result of lengthy court trials. He was a member of the confederation of malcontents in 1672.
