Biography
Graduated from the State Higher School of Visual Arts in Lodz in 1955 with a diploma in textiles. He was professionally connected with this university for 40 years. First as vice-dean and dean of the Faculty of Textiles, then as head of the Department of Textiles, where he led the Clothing Textile Studio. The artist is engaged in designing and creating decorative and apparel fabrics: jacquard, thread, carpets and tapestries. He has participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions at home and abroad, including four times at the International Triennial of Textiles in Lodz. The artist's works are in museum collections in Lodz, Warsaw, Poznan, as well as in private collections at home and abroad.
