Round bottom, made of navy blue cloth. Quarters stitched in four places. Canopy of black fiberglass. Underskirt made of braided metal byre. From the forehead superimposed national eagle. Cloth piping of red. The hem of black velvet, edged with upper and lower piping. Superimposed on the hem a metal rosette, so called red-silver-black buckler. No sweatband. Cream cotton lining, with traces of wear.
