Collection includes:
1. handwritten letter from F. Machay to Helena Gocowa, dated. July 28, 1936 in Lipnica Wielka, regarding, among other things, the planned film
2. ten postcards, business cards and photographs with handwritten correspondence to the Gocs in Cracow 1935-1964
3. typewritten invitation with Fr. Machay's signature to a recitation of his drama on April 18, 1959 at the Cracow prelature
4. printed invitation to the celebration of the 25th anniversary of his priesthood organized by the Circle of the Union of Spisz and Orava Highlanders in Jablonka on August 6, 1937
5. eight photos by F. Machay postcard form. and smaller
6. photo of Rev. Cardinal Adam Sapieha in his old age
7. business card of Fr. Machay, three jubilee pictures.
The collection is completed by a handwritten letter dated November 7, 1967 with a brief description of Fr. Ferdinand Machay's funeral, accompanied by two photos of the ceremony. Condition of all objects good to very good.
F. Machay (1889-1967) - Catholic priest, inflate, theologian, as well as politician and independence activist, publicist, publisher; organizer of activities aimed at annexing Spisz and Orawa to Poland, in 1944-1967 he was archpriest of St. Mary's Church in Cracow.
