A collection of 21 Oflag II D camp postage stamps.

[OFLAG II D, camp mail stamps]. A collection consisting of 21 stamps, 5 blocks and 2 full-page stamps issued in the oflag, placed in a clasper.
Klaser form. 22.9x17.5 cm, inside 2 double-sided cards with pockets for stamps. On the front cover sticker copy of the cover of "Katalog poczty obozowej w Gross Born" by J. Machowski (Kr. 1963). The internal camp postal service of oflag II D operated from the beginning of December 1943 until the liquidation of the camp in I 1945. The stamps issued by the service were designed and printed by officer-artists residing in the camp. The set contains the following stamps (numbering according to the catalog mentioned above):
