Cigarette case with the Pomian coat of arms.
Silver inside gilded, original rubber bands preserved, signed SR84 and KiM.
The object was made between 1915-1920 i.e. during the First World War or the 1919- 1920 war, as the Russian silver sample 84 is given, but without Tsarist markings. An early product of the Warsaw firm of Krupski and Matulewicz.
The Old Polish Pomian coat of arms was used by over 400 families including Grabski, Kaczynski, Lubienski, Suski.
