"I rarely have a day without painting. Sometimes I feel bad, it is difficult for me to sit down at the easel. As soon as I get going, I warm up immediately feel good! Then I start working with passion, everything pulsates in me! (...) "I paint not only with my hand guiding the brush - the whole body is in tension, every nerve in me vibrates. Then I feel what life is! I dabble with the idea of a painting from the very morning - only in the evening I get "nasil" - then it goes electronically! I paint right away - I don't sketch! I want there to be a mood, an atmosphere, an action in the painting - not just a color play. Painting has to appeal to a feeling, to stir up something real in us. So you have to put that feeling into it - and in a way that is understandable, clear, communicative - and not just conjectured speculation. Maybe that's why my paintings reach people(...)"
