Figure depicting the saint, as indicated by a book held under her left armpit. Above her, at the height of her heart, a child is visible. The right hand placed on the heart. The whole figure is polychrome. Coat in dark blue, richly gilded. The figure is 22.5 cm high, placed on a separate base (7.5 cm).
The cult of St. Ryta already existed at the end of the 18th century in the Augustinian Church of St. Catherine in Cracow.
