English Victorian sterling silver ttea pot - London 1839, mark of J WHITEHOUSE (probably)

Melon shaped, embossed and chiselled with floral and plant decorations, standing on four feet. Loop handle, hinged lid with floral final. Sterling silver, fully hallmarked London 1839-1840, silversmith J Whitehouse (probably).
Height 17 cm, diameter with handles 27 cm, weight 718 g.
