Art Nouveau platter made of aluminum. Its ornament and shape bear numerous features of the Art Nouveau style, starting with the long-haired female figure that dominates the vessel's decoration. The motif of the long-haired voluptuous woman has been integrated asymmetrically with the floral decoration. Visible in the design of the vessel is the avoidance of straight lines and the frequent use of a wavy line to which most of the decoration is subordinated. Flowing, wavy shapes are noticeable in the woman's hair, plants and even on the decorative edges of the dish. Preserved traces of paint visible on the platter indicate bright, vivid colors evoking associations with nature to which Art Nouveau referred. All the mentioned features (asymmetry, motif of a voluptuous young girl, wavy line and inspiration from nature) are characteristic of Art Nouveau.
The state of preservation can be seen in the photos.
