"Train Forum du Jazz" is one of the most famous events organized by the Train Expo Evénement SNCF - a division of SNCF (Société nationale des chemins de fer français, SNCF, French for National Society of French Railways), which specializes in organizing various events (including cultural, business or sports) on trains. The first Train Forum event was organized in 1973 in Monaco. In the early 1990s, some of the most famous events were organized, including "Train Mozart" (an exhibition marking the 200th anniversary of the artist's death, which was visited by nearly 150,000 people) and "Train Forum du Jazz."
Yves Lohé was born in 1947.Despite his artistic inclinations, he began studying law, but quickly abandoned it in favor of art education. He was a pupil of Abel Bataillard, the famous master art blacksmith, who in 1901 founded the Ateliers Bataillard in Paris' Montmartre, which still exists today. In the 1970s, Lohé became independent of his master and began presenting his work at the Parisian Salons of French Artists and Independent Artists. He is also the author of monumental sculptures made for various cities in France.
