About the Author:

He is a graduate of Moscow's I. Fyodorov Academy of Art and Printing. He received his diploma in 1974. The promoter of his thesis on Printing Arts was Professor Oleg Likhachev. He began his creative path dealing mainly with artistic ceramics and unique sculpture. He participated in numerous individual and group exhibitions at home and abroad.

His works are in the collections of many private and museum collections around the world. He participates in plein-air events and international symposiums. He has cooperated with the creative group "Not only we" from Wroclaw, and participated in the international open-air "Porcelain differently" and symposia, organized by artists from the Wroclaw Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of ZPAP and actively participates in exhibitions and artistic life in the sculpture and graphic design sections.

In his work he uses the richness of form, its simple and clear aspects. He achieves subtle colors in ceramic sculptures that allude to the colors of the earth, where the clay, the material , in which he works, comes from. In his works he depicts the world in a remarkably evocative way. His world has pure and somewhat austere forms that resemble the modern world, a bit like a futuristic world. He is fascinated by the beauty of the human body. He tries to maximize the consistency and beauty of form in his nudes.

He is a participant in the international movement DECENTRISM. It is a new direction in contemporary art and an attempt to show the intangible, enter into dialogue with the viewer, stimulate the viewer's imagination and share an intellectual feast. He shares his reflections and these are aspects that bother the author.

He tries to launch his sculptural works in a multimedia show. He presents a combination of the real world with the virtual world. Static sculptures come to life in digital technology before the eyes of the audience. This is a kind of crossing the boundaries between form and space and gives unlimited creative possibilities , stimulates imagination and reflection.
