Victor Heinrich Seifert (Döbling (now a district of Vienna) 1870 - Berlin 1953) - German sculptor. He studied in Berlin with E.Herter, L.Manzel and P.Breuer. Since 1897 he was engaged in designing and making a whole series of monuments scattered throughout almost the whole of Germany at that time: monuments to Bismarck in Sebnit Nossen and Jawor (1897-1911), in Brzeg (1911), monuments to General Büllow in Dennewitz and Lidzbark Warmiński (1913-1914), Seydewitz monument in Reichenbach. After World War I, Seifert made memorials in nearly forty German cities.
