Studied in 1964-70 at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow under Jerzy Bandura. Since 1971 he has been working at the Faculty of Architecture of the Cracow University of Technology in the Sculpture Studio. His work includes monumental sculpture, intimate sculpture, medals, stained glass painting as well as printmaking in his own techniques. His rich output of monumental and medallic realizations can be found in collections at home and abroad. He has participated in many Polish and foreign exhibitions.
