Stanislaw Wysocki (Elk 1949, lives in Wroclaw) - sculptor. In 1978-80 he studied at the State Higher School of Fine Arts in Poznań, and later in (1981-86) at the Hochschule der Kunste in Berlin, in the studio of Prof. J..H. Lonas. He received his diploma in sculpture in 1986.During his studies in Berlin, he worked as an apprentice at the famous sculpture foundry "Herman NOACK Bildgieserei", where he met many world-renowned sculptors, including Henry Moore. Cooperation in making sculptures resulted in a residency at his Pery Green studio near London in 1990. Currently, the artist lives in Wroclaw. He has had about 30 solo exhibitions and dozens of group exhibitions. His works have been exhibited in Germany, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, England, Turkey and numerous galleries in the country.
