About the author: Born in Elk. From 1978-1980
He studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. In 1980, he began
apprenticeship at "Hermann Noack Bildgiesserei" in West Berlin
West Berlin - at a renowned sculpture foundry.
For three years there he perfected the technique of casting
for lost wax. During this time, realized there
sculptures of such atists as Henry Moore, Kenneth
Armitage. During his apprenticeship, he began studying
at the Hochshule der Kunste, an art academy in Berlin.
In 1986 he returned to Wroclaw. In 1990, together with
with a group of Wroclaw artists, he exhibited his works
at the Cannden Art Center in London. His sculptures
are known in England, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, France
and in Germany.
