About the Author:
Born in 1954 in Zakopane.
Graduated from the A. Kenar PLSP in Zakopane in 1976. Between 1976 and 1981
studied at the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts at the Department of Sculpture. In 1981
he received a diploma with honors in the studio of Prof. Zofia Demkowska.
From 1981 to 1986, he worked as a lecturer at the Faculty of Sculpture in the department of
of medal making and small sculptural forms at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.
Since 1982, he has been a member of FIDEM (Federation Internationale de la Medaille) -.
participates in exhibitions and congresses.
He lives in Zakopane and works creatively, creating medals, plaques and sculptures mainly
in bronze cast using the lost wax method.
From 1994 to 2019, he served as director of the A. Kenar Art School Complex in Zakopane.
