Artist using many forms of artistic expression. He deals mainly with sculpture and painting, but also does not shy away from watercolor, drawing or digital techniques, which he successfully uses in his professional work. The artist is also involved in historic preservation - he specializes in the restoration of architectural monuments, especially stucco. A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, he received a diploma with distinction from the Faculty of Interior Design in 1984. In the field of art, he is particularly interested in nature, often in its realistic edition, and sculptural representations of the human figure made in the traditional technique - bronze. Piotr Bubak's light watercolors are painted skilfully, "with a sure hand", they seem to be artistic notes created during his travels around the corners of Poland and glorification of the beauty of nature. The canvases, on the other hand, with varied themes, in addition to their undoubtedly artful landscapes, also seem to analyze the social condition of man by reaching back to primordial questions, which is depicted in the form of scarecrows, eggs, or fowl. Hence, undoubtedly, the themes of the sculptures also suggest in-depth studies of the existential questions bothering Piotr Bubak, as well as the depiction of the beauty of nature in the form of the human body.
The artist has participated in exhibitions and competitions: easel painting, watercolor, graphics, drawing, sculpture, computer graphics - conceptual and applied - 2D and 3D. Piotr Bubak's paintings, sculptures, graphics are in collections in Poland, USA, Canada, Australia, Austria, Germany, Netherlands, France.
