Leszek Oprządek was born in 1964 in Krosno, Poland. Studied at the Faculty of Sculpture of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, graduated with a medal in 1988 in the studio of Prof. A. Hajdecki and in 1991 graduated with honors at the Faculty of Painting in the studio of Prof. J. Kraupe-Świderska. Since 2001, he has participated in symposia organized by Dr. B. Kowalska for artists using the language of geometry in Oronsko and then in Radziejowice. Among other awards, he received a scholarship from the Ministry of Culture and Art, 2nd prize - Art of Two Times, National Museum in Gdansk. Leszek Oprządek's works are in the collections of the Museum in Bochum, the Studio Gallery in Warsaw, the District Museum in Radom, the Polish Sculpture Center in Orońsko, the Mazovian Contemporary Art Center "Elektrownia" in Radom, the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz and in private collections at home and abroad. Participation in nearly 90 collective exhibitions.
