Dorota BANASIK (b. 1961), Yin-yang, 2022

Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw in 1981- 1988 at the Department of Sculpture in the works of J.Jarnuszkiewicz and at the Department of Scenography of A.Sadowski. Winner of 1st prize at the Bienale of Sacred Art in Czestochowa. She has exhibited her work at the Zapiecek Gallery in Warsaw. She designed theatrical scenographies in Lodz, Warsaw, Poznan. She is the author of commemorative statuettes presented to Poles for their service to Poland abroad and to politicians during the Economic Forum.She created the interior of the Capitol Theater in Warsaw.
