French sculptor. He began his studies in Marseille and then successively at the École des Beaux-Arts in Toulouse and Paris. He was a pupil of François Jouffroy and Ernest-Eugène Hiolle. He won the Grand Prix at the Universal Exhibition in Paris in 1889. He was a member of the Society of French Artists.
