Zygmunt BRUNNER
1878 Warsaw - 1961 Paris
Polish painter, printmaker and caricaturist working in France. In Paris, he first exhibited at the Autumn Salon in 1905. It was a success and he then began working with numerous satirical magazines. He was also a popular illustrator of children's books and a creator of erotic drawings. From 1911 to 1913 he participated in the Salon des Humoristes. His paintings depicted everyday life in Paris.
