From Jan Lechon's description: "During the Rataj Sejm period, one of the means to push through a majority for the government was to create uncertainty about its intentions, primarily, of course, the impression that the Sejm would be dissolved. Hence, each time the opposition in the Sejm intensified - the sudden returns to Warsaw of Marshal Pilsudski, often staying in Druskininkai at the time, were explained as an inevitable announcement of firm decisions. In the picture, in addition to the Marshal - Wojciech Trąmpczyński, Prof. Stanisław Stroński, Mieczysław Niedziałkowski."
Color lithograph, paper, 39 x 28 cm, signed l.d. on plate "Czermanski". Edition of 500 pieces. Made at the Jacomet factory in Paris.
