Biography
Studied at the Warsaw Drawing School under J. Kauzik and M. Kotarbiński. Later at the Cracow Academy of Fine Arts under J. Mehoffer and J. Pankiewicz. During World War I, he served in the Legions. Since 1911, he exhibited at TZSP in Warsaw. In 1920-1922, he exhibited with the Formists group, later with the "Rhythm" Association and the Poznan "Plastics" group, among others. He participated several times in exhibitions of Polish art abroad. Since 1922, he was a professor at the School of Fine Arts in Poznań. He painted portraits, genre and religious paintings.
