Witold Chomicz - painter, graphic artist, since 1934 lecturer at the State Institute of Fine Arts and since 1950 professor at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. He was educated in Cracow, Warsaw and Prague. He was primarily interested in applied graphics, mainly book graphics. He educated many outstanding illuminators.
