Studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw from 1916 with professors Kotarbiński and Trojanowski, among others. He was involved in mural painting, printmaking (linocut, lithography) and applied art - posters, illustrations, designed postage stamps. He exhibited, among others, in Warsaw's Zachęta Gallery in 1936. From 1936 until the outbreak of war, he worked as a graphic designer in Lviv, and after the war he lived in Otrębusy near Warsaw.
