Good condition. Yoshitoshi (1839-1892), is widely regarded as the last great master of the ukiyo -e genre, woodcut printing and painting. He is also considered one of the greatest innovators of the form. His career spanned two eras - the last years of Japan's Edo period and the first years of modern Japan after the Meiji Restoration. He is now almost universally recognized as the greatest Japanese artist of his era.
