Biography
Studied at the Krakow Academy of Fine Arts under Leon Wyczółkowski and Jan Stanislawski. Wyczółkowski himself considered him his heir, which is perfectly evident in the compositions created by Grott, which strongly refer in their stylistic layer to the works of his master. He painted portraits, landscapes and flowers. He also designed kilims for his own "Grot" factory, which was active in the interwar period.
