ink, paper, 38 x 52 cm, signed p.d.: "Kugler". Large format, richly detailed work. Bends in two corners, good condition.

F.Kugler was born into the family of a merchant and diplomat from Szczecin and his parents ran a social salon for artists. He was a painter, poet and art historian. He wrote "History of the Art of Pomerania."
