Sketch colored in watercolor paint for the painting "There will be pyramids in Poland" from 1977. It is worth noting that the pyramid motif has appeared several times in the work of Franciszek Starowieyski. / On the back stamp: "From the drawings of Franciszek Starowieyski" and a confirmation of authenticity by the artist's son Jan Mikołaj Starowieyski.
The work also comes with a certificate of authorship signed by J. M. Starowieyski. The work comes from the private collection of the artist's family. Particularly noteworthy is the way the work was framed, as conservation glass was used for this purpose, which reduces light reflections. This type of glass allows for perfect reflection of the actual colors and excellent transparency. Such a solution protects against UV fading and aging associated with the passage of time. Wooden frame covered with black polish with satin finish.
