The map comes from the famous atlas of Andreas Cellarius - the most beautiful atlas of the heavens published in modern Europe for the first time in 1661. The publication takes into account the solar system construction systems of Ptolemy, Copernicus and Tycho Brahe. The entire atlas contains 29 hand-colored, highly decorative engravings. The print shown is from the 1708 edition.
