Roman Zieliński (b.1952). From 1969-73 he studied at the State High School of Fine Arts in Zamosc. In 1973, he enrolled in the Faculty of Graphic Arts at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow. In 1978, he received his diploma in the copperplate studio of Prof. Mieczyslaw Wejman and in the film drawing studio of Associate Professor Jan Janczak.
The main area of his creative activity is drawing and printmaking. He also does painting, design graphics and designs illustrations for books and magazines.
His works can be found in private collections and museums at home and abroad (including Krasinski Library in Warsaw, Museum in Cracow, Museum in Zamosc, Museum in Bydgoszcz).
