Born in 1968, Hrubieszow
Graduate of the High School in Tomaszow Lubelski. He graduated from the Teacher's College in Zamość - majoring in art education, and from the Faculty of Arts at Maria Curie Sklodowska University in Lublin - a diploma in graphic design and psychology of creativity. For many years he worked with children and young people realizing himself creatively as an educator, as well as through his own work. He has dealt with: painting (tempera, oil, acrylic), drawing (pen and ink), printmaking (monotype) and photography. The subjects of Robert Znajomski's works are nature with a centrally located man and nature. In his paintings he did not escape from reality rather he processed it and simplified it by painting expressively with wide patches of pure colors. The playfulness of color he proposes attracts the viewer's eye, as if he wanted to tear him away from the grayness of everyday life and put him in a joyful mood of noticing ever-present beauty.
