Signed and dated p. d.: Strent '80 (in pencil), title l. d.: ZÓŁW (in pencil)

Studied at the Faculty of Painting of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw. Diploma in 1972 in the atelier of Prof. Aleksander Kobzdej, annex in artistic printmaking under Prof. Halina Chrostowska. Before the change of the political system - at the mother university chairman of the Solidarity Trade Union. Then from 1990 to 1996 dean of the Faculty of Graphic Arts. Full professor until retirement in 2013.
