He is the cousin grandson ofMagdalena Samozwaniec and the shadow of his aunt accompanies him on his personal literary journey. His books "Magdalena, daughter of Kossak", "Memories of Magdalena Samozwaniec" (2007) and "Wojciech Kossak" (2012) refreshed the memory of Magdalena Samozwaniec's work. The journalist also prepared for publication hitherto unknown books by the writer: "Z pamiętnika niemłodej mężatki" and "Moja siostra poetka". He also wrote the introduction after the book "Cards from the diary of a young married woman", reissued after 85 years.
