Franciszek Prochaska (1891-1972) - Polish painter and graphic artist, soldier of the Polish Legions. After 1918 he was, among other things, an employee of the Ministry of Military Affairs, an officer of the Polish Military Mission in France. After World War II, he settled permanently in Paris. He donated a significant part of his collection to the Historical Museum in Sanok.
