Warchoł Paweł
Graphic artist, born in 1958 in Cracow. He graduated from the State High School of Fine Arts in Wiśnicz Nowy in 1979, from the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow in 1984, and received a doctorate from the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice in 2011. He is the creator of many drawing cycles executed in ink on cardboard, including"Holzmachiny", "Oratio", "Warchols", "Armadillos". He presented his works in more than a hundred solo exhibitions in Berlin, Münster, Dachau, Haidelberg, Nuremberg, Barcelona, Plzen, Ostrava, Zylina, Budapest, Amsterdam, among others. In Poland, among others, in Warsaw, Torun, Szczecin, Lublin, Wroclaw and many times in Krakow, Katowice, Bielsko-Biala and Auschwitz. His drawings have been exhibited in more than 500 exhibitions at home and abroad, including all the most important exhibitions, biennials and triennials of drawing in the world, where they were awarded and honored.
