color lithograph, paper, 38 x 56 cm in light passe - partout, 49 x 68 cm; signed on the plate under the composition p. d. "Picasso" and hand-numbered in pencil "71/200"; dry seal of the certified publisher with the inscription "PICASSO"; on the back, color facsimile of Picasso's drawing with signature and information about the publisher - "Copyright Foundation Pablo Picasso / amount of edition (200 pieces) / each piece numbered".
The painting was created at the end of the war and was one of three in a similar series, where the skull as a symbol of war is in the center of the composition, but the edges are already shining brightly - as the war is ending - but nevertheless the post-war "still life" remains.
The frames shown in the visuals are for illustrative purposes and do not constitute a commercial offer.
