Biography
From 1937 she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, then continued her education at the Department of Artistic Graphics at the Jan Matejko Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, where she received her diploma in 1953 in the Lithography Studio under Prof. Konrad Srzednicki (whom she married). A member of the Association of Polish Artists. She worked mainly in lithography and woodcut techniques. Her compositions are characterized by simplification of form, depicting objects, figures often reduced to geometric shapes or depicted with expressive lines. Her works are in collections: Museum of Contemporary Art in Skopje (MSU), Zachęta National Art Gallery, National Museum in Cracow, National Museum in Lublin, Hungarian National Museum and in private collections.
