Print on ark. 16x12 cm, made using single-matrix plasticorite technique (so-called graphic wafer - relief impression in fleshy paper). Profile of Frederic Chopin on a hexagonal board. The work signed in pencil "S. M.". Sheet mounted on paper backing form. 50x40, on which the artist placed a calligraphic dedication: "To Włodzimierz Nahorny with musical greetings in the Year of Chopin - author. Jazz Nights - Świdnica 1999". All in a wooden frame, behind glass. On the back stamp. Very good condition.
