Image form. 12.5x9.2 cm. Wide openwork border. No publishing data. On the back handwritten dedication: "God-fearing Father and Benefactor Pastor Tomasz Olkowicz deigns to accept graciously". Probably refers to the pastor of the parishes in Zytno and Wistka, confessor and spiritual guide of Wanda Malczewska, against whom the beatification process is underway. Sheet folds.
