Michal Szymanowski (born 1951). Studied at the Faculty of Architecture, Gdansk University of Technology, and defended his diploma at the Faculty of Architecture, Cracow University of Technology. In 1994 he founded "Studio S - Biuro Architektoniczne Michal Szymanowski". More than three hundred major and minor projects were created in the office. Fifteen of them received awards in national architectural competitions organized by the Association of Polish Architects, five of which won first place. He is the recipient (2002) of the Cracow Branch of SARP Award for architectural work.
