Krystyna Janina Szalewska-Gałdyńska (born February 7, 1938 in Przerosl near Suwalki, died January 2, 2022 in Torun). - Polish painter, graphic artist and illustrator, member of the Association of Polish Artists[1].
Daughter of Wincenty Szalewski and Stefania, née Sójkowska. In 1958, she graduated from the State High School of Visual Arts in Szczecin. In 1961, she received an award in the poster competition of the Festival of Puppet Theaters of Northern Poland. In 1963, she received a master's degree in artistic graphics from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń; her thesis supervisor was Associate Professor Ryszard Krzywka.
