Jan Bujnowski (born 1951 in Radom). Graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow, Faculty of Graphic Arts. He completed his diploma under the direction of Professor Mieczyslaw Wejman in the Copperplate Studio. Currently he teaches drawing and graphics at the Art Institute of the Pedagogical Academy in Cracow. He cultivates painting, drawing, photography and outdoor installations. He has had several individual exhibitions and participated in dozens of group exhibitions in Poland (including Radom, Cracow, Gdansk, Slupsk, Olsztyn, Warsaw, Legnica, Czestochowa, Myślenice) and abroad (in France, Ireland, Holland, Germany, Ukraine). He also prepared theatrical scenography (Szczecin). He is active in the creative group "Photography - New Media", with which he has participated in about 20 exhibitions at home and abroad since 1990. His works are in the collections of state institutions (National Museum in Szczecin, Museum of Contemporary Art in Radom, Museum of the History of Photography in Cracow) and private collectors.
