Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in 1976.He has been in touch with art since birth, as both his parents were artists. He spent his entire childhood and school years drawing and sculpting. In his early years, he was mainly involved in printmaking and poster art (for which he was repeatedly awarded in international art competitions). Since 1980, he has devoted himself exclusively to painting. His art is an unusual combination of surrealism and the meticulous technique of the old masters of Dutch painting. The fantastic visions he paints are admired and recognized around the world (he has exhibited his works in the United States, Germany, France, among others).
