Jacek Siek (born 1969). Graduate of the Faculty of Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Cracow - atelier of Józef Lucjan Ząbkowski, graduated in 1995. Has always been fascinated by nature, especially landscape, the subtlety of its forms and colors. For more than a dozen years he has been faithful to this subject, using various techniques. His favorite subject of his landscapes was and is the garden, its corners, his home and the surroundings of Siedlce - the place where he spent his childhood. He enjoys painting landscapes in the open air. A constant in his landscape studies is light, changing depending on the time of day. He contemplates the view of a place and its atmosphere. He has participated in many group and solo exhibitions in Poland and abroad.
