Henricus Ferdinandus Jongering [16.10.1778 - 9.03.1808]- associated with Amsterdam a very talented and promising draughtsman - landscape artist. Jongering was a pupil of S. Goble. The artist died without living to his 30th birthday. His work was little known, only after his death, in 1808, an exhibition of his works was organized in Amsterdam.
