The ruler shown in full figure, in a representative pose indicating a strong and erect man, standing slightly apart with his right leg extended forward, dressed in light, short armor over which a coat with a collar [delia] is superimposed, on his head a round cap without a peak, called a magierka, originating from Hungary and popularized in the Republic of Poland during the reign of Stefan Batory. In his hand the king holds a royal scepter. Under the graphic is the number XXXI.f.
