Full of patriotic symbolism graphic with a national liberation message. In the central part a decorative shield with the coats of arms of Poland, Lithuania and Rus. In the center of the shield an image of the Virgin Mary with the infant Jesus. Above the shield a royal crown with an apple and a cross at the top. Above them, in turn, are a burning heart (symbol of fervor and devotion), a cross (devotion) and an anchor (fidelity). On the sides of the shield, the dates of the national uprisings are inscribed on the flags: 1794, 1830, 1848, 1863. At the bottom is the slogan "God save Poland" along with the dates of the three partitions: 1772, 1793, 1795.
