Stanislaw Para (1934-2010) was a Polish graphic artist, associated with Zielona Gora since 1967. He was born in the village of Róża in the Lesser Poland region. He graduated from the High School of Fine Arts in Tarnow. In Zielona Gora he worked as a decorator and visual artist, including at the Construction and Design Bureau, Cepelia and the Museum of Lubuska Land.
Stanislaw Para specialized in linocut and copperplate, but also did drawing and painting. He was known as a creator of ex-librises, and his works won prizes and awards. His works are in the collections of various institutions, including the University Library, the Norwid Library, the Museum of the Lubuska Land and other museums in Poland. A monument to the May 3 Constitution, unveiled in 1981, can be seen in Zielona Góra by him.
